At Auberge Sainte-Marguerite, we are committed to showcasing French craftsmanship and distinctive establishments. In partnership with Cavavin La Valette , we offer a selection of carefully chosen spirits, all of French origin , to be enjoyed in a convivial atmosphere.
Discover the alpine freshness of Génépi and thyme liqueur from Briançonnais (€7), the intense indulgence of mint liqueur from Mine d'Or, in Rennes (€7), or the elegance of French whiskies : peated Cormeil (Eure) or Rozelière (Ardennes) (€12), as well as the unpeated Rozelière version (€10).
Let yourself also be seduced by the richness of Martinique rums , with La Mauny (€12) and HSE VO – Habitation Saint-Étienne (€14), true reflections of the terroir and know-how of the French West Indies.
